2. What insurance do you accept?
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare (UHC). If you have questions about your specific plan, please contact your insurance to verify your benefits.
3. What if my insurance isn’t listed?
If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider, we can offer you a superbill for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company about out-of-network benefits.
4. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office, sending us an email, or using our online scheduling system. If you’re a new client, we’ll have a brief consultation to match you with the right therapist.
5. Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes, we offer virtual therapy sessions for adolescents, adults, and couples. This allows for flexible scheduling and greater accessibility, especially for those with busy schedules or those who live further away.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, you will be charged a late cancellation fee. This helps us maintain availability for other clients.
7. How long is a typical therapy session?
A standard therapy session typically lasts 50-60 minutes, with extended sessions available upon client request. Your therapist will work with you to establish a session frequency that best supports your therapeutic goals.
8. How long will I need to be in therapy?
The duration of therapy varies depending on each individual's needs and goals. Some clients may see significant progress in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. Your therapist will discuss a treatment plan with you.
9. What ages do you serve?
We serve adolescents starting at age 13 and adults of all ages, including older adults.

12. How do I pay for therapy?
If you’re using insurance, we will bill your insurance directly for covered services. However, clients are responsible for paying any co-pays, deductibles, or fees for non-covered services on the day of service. It’s important to check with your insurance provider to understand your coverage.
13. What happens in the first session?

15. What if I need to contact my therapist between sessions?
You can call or email your therapist for non-urgent matters, and they will respond within their normal business hours. Please note, email is not intended for crisis situations.
